Salary Range: $87,000.00 -- $102,900.00 Salary/year

Summary:
The Senior Director for Shared Services oversees the units that support the marketing and development team members who create and distribute public-facing communications. These shared support services include content gathering, copywriting, donor relations, data analysis, mail house, graphic design, print production, procurement, technology support, video production, and website management.
The senior director ensures that the services provided are aligned with the department’s strategic objectives and in compliance with all government regulations. S/he is also responsible for the development and implementation of work plans for each shared services functional area, monitoring results and making operational enhancements as needed, and overseeing daily operations, including team member supervision, budgeting, managing expenses, and procurement. This position is a member of ADRA's senior leadership team and assists in the development of organization-wide strategic priorities.
This position will be based at ADRA Offices in Silver Spring, Maryland.
