Maryland and Ohio Robotics Teams Participate in FIRST LEGO® League Championship

The TerraBots (pictured), one of the robotics teams from Potomac Conference’s Beltsville Adventist School (Md.), and the Archaeolo-Cows from Ohio Conference’s Mansfield Seventh-day Adventist School recently participated in the FIRST LEGO® League Championship, held at Forest Lake Academy (Fla.).

 

“Through months of preparation, the TerraBots poured their energy into more than just building a robot—they grew as a team,” says Krysten Thomas, team coach and a pastor at the Beltsville church. “They embraced the FIRST core values of discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork and fun every step of the way."
