Excitement filled the air December 20, 2025, as a celebration took place over the 105th anniversary of the Jersey City Heights English church, which was founded by German immigrants who built the edifice with their own hands.
In an act of shared commitment, New Jersey Conference’s gratitude offering this year has been designated to support individuals with disabilities in both our churches and our schools.

Themed “Better With You,” the Family Ministries Department held the 2025 Couples’ Retreat this summer, in partnership with Chesapeake Conference’s Hispanic Ministries Department. The gathering brought together 86 couples who were richly blessed by devotionals from Pastor Abdiel del Toro and inspiring seminars led by Esther and Orlando Cruz.
