Kettering College Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program Approved

Kettering College in Kettering, Ohio, recently gained final approval by the Higher Learning Commission to offer a doctorate in occupational therapy. This is the final action needed for adding the first doctoral program to begin at the college.

Randy Osi walked into his neighborhood store and bought his first pornographic magazine when he was 8 years old. “I told the store owner that I was buying it for my dad,” he says. “He said, ‘If you have money, you can buy.”

The Ghanaian congregations in Cincinnati and Cleveland reached out to their respective communities with tangible results this summer. First, the youth in the Cincinnati Ghanaian church challenged their youth to conduct a public evangelism campaign in one month.

Although kids, work and just plain ignorance once kept these five members from staying fit, they all finally determined, “No. More. Excuses!” They traded in apology for action and not only improved their own heath, but helped give others more motivation to move.

Runners Raise $9,000 for Good Neighbor House at Kettering College Run

Kettering College recently donated $9,000 to the Good Neighbor House community center from funds raised during their annual Spring Into Health 5k race. More than 500 participants turned out this year to run for the good cause.
